加拿大留学打工将无需申请工作签证

　　2014年1月开始，全职学生在校外打工将不需要申请校外工签，持有有效的学签即可打工，而且无需等待6个月学习满足资格，注册入学即可满足要求。这项政策在我看来是CIC和CBSA为了治理留学生打黑工现象而出台的安抚政策。

　　对于真正读书的留学生，有两点利好：一是节省了申请工签的费用，二是免去了6个月的等待时间，对于经济不算宽裕的同学，可以立即打工来贴补生活费。

　　但是有1点必须说明，既然明年学签可以充当工作许可了，那境内学签的申请和续签标准和审批也会提高标准，资金证明和成绩单可能会成为强制要求，尤其是之前的成绩单证明。

　　waitsixmonthsafterbeginningtheirprogramofstudybeforeapplyingseparatelyforanoff-campusworkpermit.

　　(无需再等上满6个月才能获得工作许可，可以立即获得许可)

　　Thiswouldrepresenttimeandcostsavingstostudentswhonolongerneedtoapplyandpayforaseparateworkpermit,

　　andforCICasitwouldnolongerprocessoff-campusworkpermitapplications.

　　CitizenshipandImmigrationCanadaanticipatesbeginningimplementationofthesechangesinJanuary2014.

　　Changeswouldbemadetotheelectronicimmigrationprocessingsystem(theGlobalCaseManagementSystem,GCMS)andadditionalinformationwouldbeaddedtoCIC’sandCBSA’sWebsiteswhichwouldallow

　　CICandCBSAofficerstolimitstudypermitissuancetothosestudentsdestinedtoalistofdesignatedlearninginstitutions.

　　CICandtheCBSAwouldalsoamendapplicationforms,

　　updatefieldmanuals,andtrainofficersontheirrolesinimplementingtheproposedRegulations.

　　今年1月正式生效,届时CIC和CBSA会公布具体细则和更新相关表格。
